Many people who come to walk and explore the Reserve are delighted to discover the number of birds and plants present. Others take the opportunity to sit quietly on one of the bench seats and enjoy the natural surrounds. Some bring their dogs for a walk – on a leash – as wildlife share the Reserve with us. Picnickers can be seen occupying the tables and joggers use the tracks as part of their exercise routine. Whatever the reason to visit, Glenfern Valley Bushlands will please and surprise.

Location: Glenfern Road, Upwey, Victoria (bounded to the west by New Road)

You may walk your dogs on leash there but please remember that the reserve is used for by birds for roosting and kangaroos and wallabies for grazing. We wish to not interfere with the wildlife.
